If there are any changes to your student's transportation schedule please contact our office at 801-567-8500. School administration will notify teachers, bus drivers, and transportation.

Carabiner Policy

All students are provided with a name tag that is kept attached to their backpack by a carabiner.

  • Tag: includes the student's name, photo, and classroom number.
  • Red Carabiner:
  • Purple Carabiner:
  • Green Carabiner:

Please do not remove this tag, as it provides vital information for the safety of your student. If your student changes backpacks, please transfer the carabiner to the new bag.

If you have any questions about the carabiner policy contact our school administration.

Reunification

Reunification is a process that is enacted when a school is required to conduct a controlled release of students to parents/guardians following an emergency, or another significant disruption to the normal schedule.

In this circumstance the school or District will send parents/guardians information related to Reunification by using ParentSquare messages, emails, etc.  Parents/guardians will be given instructions on when and where the Reunification will occur.  Before a student can be released, the parent/guardian must complete a Reunification Checkout Card and present a valid picture ID for verification.

Once at the Reunification site, parents/guardians will be given a Reunification Checkout Card to complete, or may fill out and print in advance by clicking on the link below.
